Our mission is to provide a supportive environment where first-year robotics students can thrive, and where there are no limits to creativity and iterations. As a rookie team, we allow new students to get hands-on skills and experiences that they would be able to utilize when transitioning to the main team. These students get opportunities that they wouldn't be able to get on an upperclass-based team such as being in the pit during competition and CAD new parts to a robot. We believe that the true essence of robotics lies in the diversity of thought, and our commitment to opening doors for first-year students ensures that a multitude of fresh ideas and untapped potential will shape the future of our team and, by extension, the world of robotics.
